Acceleration Brisbane Central

Acceleration Brisbane Central is the original training centre in Australia.  Opened as Acceleration Australia in October of 2000, this facility has successfully trained 1,000's of athletesfrom 8 years of age and up. We've trained Olympic swimmers, champion basketball teams, professional golfers, a professional figure skater, many AFL and rugby enthusiasts and many more developmental athletes who play cricket, netball, field hockey, football (soccer), tri athletes, rowers, etc.

Strength and Conditioning Training Centre in Brisbane 

 Facility: Two Training Rooms, Basketball Court and Office
Your training session will begin in Court 4 (upstairs) where we run our speed and agility training. We have everything from cones to hurdles and ladders to weighted sleds - all to improve how you run and how quickly you can move your feet. Court 4 is also were most of the testing takes place. 

 The two training room downstairs are complete with all of the strength and flexiblity equipment necessary for you to have a great session.  These include rubber flooring, customised Acceleration racks, free weights, cable pulleys and all of the necessary tools and accessories that goes with it all. Our office is open in the mornings and late afternoons. Generally speaking, there is someone there all day (most days) - so feel free to come in.
