This static stretching routine covers every part of the body including stretches like the groin stretch, IT band stretch, pectoralis minor stretch, and more.
This is an online, 2 Day training program which includes 5 static stretching exercises on each day. The exercises include sets, reps and are set in a progressive sequence.
Each stretch has a video, text and photo to make sure the stretches are done properly.
Upon purchase, you will recieve a username and password that will give you access to this program for 4 weeks.
